Unfortunately, I faced several challenges during my visit. Upon arrival, the check-in process was frustrating as I waited for assistance. The room I was given initially was unclean, with crumbs on the floor and the bedding disheveled. I was moved to a different room where the amenities seemed outdated and some basic necessities were lacking.

The room was surprisingly clean,, and the bed was super comfy-made it easy to get a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the small fridge and microwave which helped for late-night snacks after a long day.
